ORDER

After you have placed your order, you can change it at any time until you receive your tracking ID. When you receive your tracking ID, it means your Woolet has been shipped and no further changes are available. Just write to support@woolet.co.

Are you buying Woolet for a special occasion and need it for a certain date? No problem, just give us a shout to check on the current status, and we'll figure something out.

If you would like to become the owner of a custom Woolet, write to support@woolet.co for the details with the subject: CUSTOM WOOLET. Please note, that this will cost you a bit more.

SHIPMENT

Depending on how busy we are with current orders and how far you are from our headquarters, Woolet delivery takes between 7 and 21 days. Unless you live on the top of Everest, the bottom of the Mariana Trench or in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, we’ll deliver anywhere in the world.

As soon as we ship your order you’ll be provided with a tracking ID. You can check updates, for example, here: http://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?lang=en or here: http://www.trackingmore.com/

NOTE that for clients in the US and the UK Neither American USPS nor British Royal Mail provide a mail tracking system for foreign tracking IDs in their territory. Both decided to opt out of a foreign tracking system, so after your parcel enters those countries we won't be able to tell you anything more about your package. We have no idea why this is the case, but we can't do anything about it and we are very sorry. If your parcel does not arrive within three weeks, please contact your post office, because the package might be there unclaimed and waiting for you.

COMPLAINTS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our online shop, if the electronics are not working or the material got ripped, you can return the faulty item within 14 days of the date of receipt via your national post to the following address:

To qualify for a return, please write to support@woolet.co with subject: RETURN and describe the problem with your product. You can attach some photographs if you like.

Woolet items must be sent with all additional products (cables, instructions, etc.).

When the parcel arrives, we check the items condition and either issue a replacement or repair the damage, and dispatch within 14 days via national post to the address provided. In this case you don’t have to cover any delivery fees.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our online shop, simply return the item within 14 days of the date of receipt via your national post to the following address:

To qualify for a refund, Woolet items must be in perfect condition, and packed with all additional products (cables, instructions, etc.). Used and damaged items are not refundable.

When the parcel arrives, we check the items condition. If everything is in order, refunds are issued within 14 days the date of receipt using the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable.

To get a refund on your Woolet, please write to support@woolet.co with subject: "REFUND". You’ll get all the details from our support team!
