General provisions.

1.1 This Privacy Policy of the On-line store is of informative nature, which means that it is not a source of obligations for the Customers or Clients of the On-line store. The Privacy Policy primarily contains rules concerning the processing of personal data by the Administrator in the On-line store, including the grounds, purposes, and scope of personal data processing and the rights of the data subjects, as well as information on the application of in the Online Shop of cookies and analytical tools.

Archiving settlement documents pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the PCOC until the expiry of the limitation period for tax liabilities;

Conducting marketing activities of own products and services without the use of electronic communication means pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the PCO, where the legally justified aim is to conduct marketing activities promoting the conducted activity until the objection is raised.

If you have given your consent, it is also for the purpose of marketing your own products and services using electronic means of communication, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the TDC and the provisions of other laws requiring your consent to such activities, until you withdraw your consent to such activities or raise an objection, depending on which event you replace first.

3. Collection of personal data

3.1 Personal data provided by the Customers by means of electronic forms shall be processed in a manner consistent with the regulations governing the processing of personal data,
